i ve booked one villa, the land is already registerded in my name. The company has given only the money receipt, didnt made any agreement.i ve paid all the land cost.he had told after registration , the deed will be handed over to you.but now he is not giving it to me. The money as well as the sale deed is with the company.Pl advise me what shall i do.land is still nt converted for residential purpose, no plan is approved yet.so is it safe with him.pl advise:confused
