i have purchased house No. 71&72 in nathdwara residency dabhoi waghodia ring road near manan park in vadodara. at the time of booking, sri pareshbhai patel, the proprietor & power of attorney owner of the society was much polite & sweet speaking but after taking some booking amount, he became harsh and started harassing me in this and that way. He charged extra amount on delayed payment though he made delay himself in construction of this house. he delayed construction by 1 year but charged Rs. 1/ lack to me on delay ground as he denied to provide me this house. after giving possession, he is not preparing road in front of my house and i and my family members are badly harassed by the Builder sri pareshbhai patel. As per the contract 6yrs ago after d renewation of building,it was promised that we will get our ownership from landlord and repairs to our house will be made by thre builder. But the builder renewed the building and no repairs were made to our house and he sold the newly built floors and the landlord is also not giving us the ownership.

I have give the contract to m/s Alpa ConstructionAlpa Bhavan & developar, near eye hospital, GIDC Umbergaon 396 171, Rec. Alpa Bhavan,Bhidia Rd, Deheri, Tal. Umbergan 396171, Dist- Valsad,for expensation of my house No.3129, opp.TDO office, Umbergaon Town, as per their quotation dt.06.10.2009 and they have complit the work in two month. work star on 10.06.2009 but till date they have not complited 50 % work, also as per contract Value Rs.330400/- but till date we have paie more than 400,000/- work also not goods, they have chetting with me, kindly solve my problem as earrly as posiable.
