1-estate agent forced us to pay his commision before registration of
flat
2-threatened to burn the original document of the seller
3-knowin very well.that loan can't be sanctioned to the minor,he advised me to give my son's name on the sell deed so that,i won't be able to get loan from any bank.
4-when i am ready to pay the full and final payment,neither he is making any possesion letter,nor he is co-operating so that delay should occur and i should pay the penalty to the seller.
Please advice!!!
