I have purchased plots no. 71&72 in Nathdwara Residency behind Manan Park Dabhoi-Waghodia ring road vadodara from SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL- developer of Nathdwara Residency (Through Power of attorney of the land owners). He (SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL) also construct my house on this plot No. 71&72 through construction agreement under the name of SRIJI DWAR Developers AT Nathdwara Residency Dabhoi- waghodia ring Rd –Vadodara 390019- Mob No: 9825042240 office no.02652974083. He committed to develop full society with gutter, electricity, internal cement concrete Road, greenery, Main gate with surrounded boundary wall. As per our agreement, I had made his all the payment through cash & housing loan from Bank of Baroda Pratapnagar branch. Sri pareshbhai had constructed my said house and given me possession of this house (after taking full & final payment) on dt. 12.10.2009 But he did not construct road infront of my house and in my lane though he had constructed all the internal road of the same society in CEMENT CONCRETE except my self. I requested Sri Paresh bhai frequently during this last 7 months after my possession of this house, to make road of my front lane PUCCA (Cement concrete) like all other roads of the same society but Sri Pareshbhai did not hear my request and on the contrary, he started to talk in loud voice when I request him in this connection. I with my family members & relatives are facing a lot of problem to come & go from my house through this dusty & muddy road with very bad look. All other occupants of this society is enjoying good facility of CC road by paying same amount as I have paid but how much problem I am facing, I will show you through photograph of the roads in same society in which kuchcha is mine & pucca is of other lane. You are requested to please interfere in my case and instruct SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL to behave with me properly and construct CC Road of my Lane at the earliest so that my problem may be solved.
