    Default harrassment in construction of soc. Road

    I have purchased plots no. 71&72 in Nathdwara Residency behind Manan Park Dabhoi-Waghodia ring road vadodara from SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL- developer of Nathdwara Residency (Through Power of attorney of the land owners). He (SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL) also construct my house on this plot No. 71&72 through construction agreement under the name of SRIJI DWAR Developers AT Nathdwara Residency Dabhoi- waghodia ring Rd –Vadodara 390019- Mob No: 9825042240 office no.02652974083. He committed to develop full society with gutter, electricity, internal cement concrete Road, greenery, Main gate with surrounded boundary wall. As per our agreement, I had made his all the payment through cash & housing loan from Bank of Baroda Pratapnagar branch. Sri pareshbhai had constructed my said house and given me possession of this house (after taking full & final payment) on dt. 12.10.2009 But he did not construct road infront of my house and in my lane though he had constructed all the internal road of the same society in CEMENT CONCRETE except my self. I requested Sri Paresh bhai frequently during this last 7 months after my possession of this house, to make road of my front lane PUCCA (Cement concrete) like all other roads of the same society but Sri Pareshbhai did not hear my request and on the contrary, he started to talk in loud voice when I request him in this connection. I with my family members & relatives are facing a lot of problem to come & go from my house through this dusty & muddy road with very bad look. All other occupants of this society is enjoying good facility of CC road by paying same amount as I have paid but how much problem I am facing, I will show you through photograph of the roads in same society in which kuchcha is mine & pucca is of other lane. You are requested to please interfere in my case and instruct SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL to behave with me properly and construct CC Road of my Lane at the earliest so that my problem may be solved.
    Early action into this matter is solicited please.

    Default misappropriation of soc.fund by the builder

    I have purchased plots no. 71&72 in Nathdwara Residency behind Manan Park Dabhoi-Waghodia ring road vadodara from SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL- developer of Nathdwara Residency (Through Power of attorney of the land owners). He had also collected Rs.20,000/ to 40,000/ from each member of this society as per house area, including myself Rs. 40,000/ as a Life Time maintenance of society from the Interest income of this amount and this way, he has collected Rs. 17,93000/ Afterward, SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL had declared himself as a Chairman of Nathdwara Members’ Association and made a man of his own choice as Secretary who is only a rubber stamp of SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL & He has started to spend money of this association spontaneously ( Manmane Dhang se). He had taken Rs.908795/ as loan from this association for his own company SRIJI DWAR DEVELOPERS himself on his own decided Nominal interest rate. He did not think it suitable to ask from it’s members whether they want to give him loan or not? No body (Except his own men) even knowing that he had taken loan from this association for his own company. He had called a meeting on 06.06.2010 at Nathdwara Residency behind Manan Park Dabhoi-Waghodia ring road vadodara to announce the accountal of this association for the financial year 2009-2010. Members had attended this meeting and at about 10.30 AM. SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL The SELF DECLALED chairman of the NATHDWARA MEMBERS’ ASSOCIATION has read a paper in which he told that this much amount was spent on this ground & this much on that ground and Rest, he had taken loan of Rs. 908795/ to his company SRIJI DWAR DEVELOPER. When we some members’ wanted to ask something about it, he cried( ROARED as Lion) as a Dictator “ SORRY” Mr. You have no right to discuss any thing in this matter. We ( Mr M.W. Motiramani of house No. 40, 2- Smt Kanta S. Sharma of House No. 42, 3- Sri Shiv karan Verma of house no. 43 and myself of 71-72) helpless, had boycotted this meeting and left away but this Dictator Mr. PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL had continued this meeting and again declared himself as whole & sole of this association fund and re-started it’s MISAPPROPRIATION as usual. When ever we are trying to discuss him any problem of our Society, he is in nature of LOUD SPEAKING and Scolding us. He used to tell “KYA APANE HAME KHAREED LIYA HAI: NAHI KARUNGA, JO KARANA HAI KAR LO”. Therefore,You are requested to please interfere in my case and instruct SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL to behave with me properly & leave the spontaneous Expenditure from our Association Fund and let We people of society to form our own body to do the accountal & proper expenses of our this LACKS of Rupees fund and also he should reply us about the irregularity, SRI PARESH KUMAR RAMAN LAL PATEL had made from this fund during the financial year 2009-2010. He should also refund our money which he had taken as loan from our association for his company “SRIJIDWAR DEVELOPERS”
    Early action into this matter is solicited please.
