i have purchased a flat in avsar a building on amar hill at sakivihar road, powai in june 08, the building was built in 06, it has 3 wings i am in the A wing, fourth floor, the agreement stated that i pay the monthly installment of 2850 as maintenace, for one year in advance, he also collected the society share money and admission fee of 100rs, after that he did not sent any bills, but when we sent him a letter with the names of the adhoc comitee in nov 2010 he sent me two bills one from may 08 to march 09, and one from march 09 to dec 10,to which i reminded him of the advance payment, and asked for correction of the bills, he did not reply, also i asked him that as he had sold all the flats why was he not forming a society? also he has left a lot of unfinished work around the building ( this was promised on the broucture at the time of purchase) he does pay elect bills, watchmans, water, and municipal tax. but is not heeding calls for repairs of leaks, and other maintenence. we have refused to pay him till he settled our problems and initiate the foirming of a society, what can be done in this matter?
