We booked two apartments at the Club Meadows project on Bannerghata Road and were given temporary receipts and were told that permanent receipts will be sent as soon as the cheques will be realised. The cheques were realised the second day. It is past 3 weeks now and inspite of repeated reminders they are not sending the permanent receipts for the booked apts.

hello.....we have been cheated my hiranandani (HIRCO)....we got a flat in chennai....paid the first instalment of Rs.1200000. They did not give any of the house related documents even after repeated requests....we wanted to cancel the flat booking....as per the receipt in the time of cancellation they will retain Rs.200000 and give the rest of the amount back.....however, they did not return the balance of Rs. 1000000 to us till date....it has been three years now....big time fraud....we have lodged a case in the consumer court and will be lodging a civil case too....do let me know if you know more people who have been cheated by Hiranandani like this....i am planning to take it up with the press too........., Archana
