Hello Every One,

I have taken a flat in Bangalore couple of years back and the land owner who owns 50% of the flats have given it to Hostel. When i ask the association who all gave permission, they are just not replying to it at all. I have been asking why is it that the association is not registered, they are saying all are busy and don't have time for that. Its more ethan 4years and still they have not registered it. Can i know if the owner has the right to give it to hostel? what are the steps that needs to be taken, the owner is saying he hass every right and can do what he wants with his flats. what are the karnataka government rulees for registering the association? I have been paying the maintenance fee on time and now they increased it. Its not a big concern, i said i dont have any issues to give the increased amount but will give only when i have clarifications on the points raised by me. The president is like threating when i wrote to him. what should i do? please guide me in this regard. I am really disappointed with this association and want this to be registered.
