i want to return my hostel fee from a private hostel. due to some personal reason i am not able to live in that hostel. but hostel owner said we are not refund your fee, in that no terms and condition will provide me.so can i complain against that hostel. there is registration charge is Rs- 300/- and i am paid total amount 1000/-.
so this is possible to return back my from that hostel.plz advice me. i am student and live in delhi for preparing IES exam.
