i stayed in a multistoried building consting 16 flots having seperate corporation tax assessee code in kolkata. in the roof of the said building bsnl installed mobile tower on apr 2002 and building is receiving the rent which is used for common maintenance of building . later on after 6 yrs corporation imposed huge amount of tax on the building in land lord assess code. in the master agreement with bsnl there is a conflicting clause about tax that is 1. bsnl is saying bsnl will pay tax and in another place bsnl will pay tax proportionately.
due to not paying of such corporation tax we(all bldg owners ) file a case in kolkata high court. advocade file a case under article 226 of the indian constitution. judge on single hearing dismissed the case and adives to go lower court.

we are in tremendous problem. can any expert give me solution of this proble
