Hi,

I had booked a flat at Niho Scottish Gardens in early 2005. It has been almost 6 years now but my flat is still not ready and builder is not even responding nor showing any inclination to complete the flat. I have been running around to question the directors but to no avail. I am thinking of approaching the consumer forum and raise a consumer complaint. I had asked a few people but they are saying that consumer court option should be the last option.

Kindly advice me what to do.
