I have booked a flat in Earth Town, before of one and half year,

When I booked the flat in Earth Town,
There are involved the directors, colonizer(Property dealer) and Project manager of earth town,


They Said that after 15% of amount they will provide BBA and rest amount will be come with the bank Loan,
I have provided 20% of amount as there previous plan layout, as 995 sq/f I have booked, after the 20% of amount they change their layout plan and said that provide 40% of amount and after that they will provide the Builder Buyer Agreement(BBA),
No bank will provide the loan without the property papers.
They are also changed my floor as I booked 3rd floor in A tower, but they change the floor as 4th as well as tower and send a concern latter for this, now the area is 1095sq/f.
My Plan was TLP(Corp flaxi) it as 40% Payment as in flaxi and rest of amount will be as CLP it is a corporate deal provided by colonizer, but when builder will not give the BBA how can bank will provide the loan.


I am continuing calling since dec2010 to till date in Customer Care unit person (CCU) in earth infrastructure and with my property dealer but their are no solution from any side.


I have called many time(from feb2011 to sep2011, at that time court decision was pending for Noida Extension) in earth office for the issues solution but they said
sir please wait when count decision will come we will solved your problem and bank will start the loan process,pay your rest 20% of amount and after that they will provide the BBA.

On 1/10/2011 I reached in earth office as discussed with CCU to complete my 25% of amount but no any bank will provide me the sanction latter at that time so they said 25%+Sanction Latter, without of that they are not able to provide me BBA, after that I left the office, CCU said, this is management decision and they can not do any things.


After that I again reached in earth office to pay 40% of amount on 29/11/2011 as I asked to CCU that 15/12/2011, they said sir complete 40% of amount and after that they will provide me the BBA within 10 day, But when I reached at earth office on 29/11/2011 for providing the 40% of amount at that time they denied to take the check and said that pay 60% of amount now because we can not consider 40% of amount. Within 14 days they has changed their words and again they said this is management decision and CCU can not do any things.


After again talking to CCU they said management will decide to change your plan from flaxi to CLP but other charges will be same as previous in your deal and pay the 30% of amount after that they will provide the BBA,this will happen on 26/12/2012, And They had send me this details on 26/12/2011 on my mail ID and I have reached in earth office on 31/12/2011 to complete my 30% of amount as per the CLP plan, but they again change their words at that time and said that sir other charges will be applicable on this booking as per the management decision, this other charges will not be wave off and increase my flat cost as around 20% extra,
Within 5 days they had changed their words again, how can I faith on earth management, their CCU will change their words at time to time. I have reached in earth office three times in these days for pay my amount but they said new terms and condition at each time.


What is this? When I said call any management person I want to talk with them they said sir we can not do that. At this situation what can I do at my ends, it is very frustrated time for me, I have also mailed these all issue to the Earth management but I am not getting any repose from their side.
They are just fraud and I don't have faith on earth Infrastructure, so I want to take refund my amount from earth management,Please help me for taking the refund from Earth Infrastructures,


I don't want to buy flat in Earth Town with Earth Infrastructures.


And dear friend this is the complete story of 1.5 year, which I faced with the Earth Infrastructure's Earth Town Project, Please don't buy the flat in Earth Town other wise you will lose your hard money, they are just a fraud builder.
Please think thousand time when want to bye a flat in earth town.
