Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the above stated subject that there is an illegal construction in our locality.ie. a staircase. We have already comlained against this illegal construction in the police for which they said that we will have to lodge a complaint in MCD regarding this issue. MCD authorities came to our locality for inspection after we lodged the complaint with them, after which they told us that this area is under the jurisdiction of DSIIDC.

We would like to bring to your kind notice that ours is a 15ft. road on which the residents against whom we are lodging this complaint they are living opposite to each other, one of them has built up iron staircase on the road which is 4 ft. on the road with old address as RZ-E-41, Mansa Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 ( Near Shiv Mandir ) & the new address being E-215, Mansa Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 And the name of the resident is Mr. Vijay Pal Singh. And the other person who is staying just oppsite to Mr. Vijay has built up an illegal place of sitting which again is 3 ft. on the road whose name is Mr. Amresh Chouhan, whose old address was RZ-E-37, Mansa Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 ( Near Shiv Mandir ) & the new address is E-210, Mansa Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 ( Near Shiv Mandir ).
