I have purchase bunglows in Gujarat at Anand before 2 yrs ,and at the time of booking we asked builder is it all member are gujarati & verbaly he told yes , Now the thing happen that he had sold bunglow to
bengali family in my neighbour & they supose to fry fish daily , for that i have no objection because india is democratic country.

My objection is that he has fixed chimny in there kitchen and chimny air ( oil with bad smell ) directly comes to my bedroom which i am not able to use.

I requested my neighbour to extent his chimny at his terace & he is not supported to me, So i have involed
to my builder he also played drama for few hours and result came nil.

I request you to give suggestion what step can be taken against by neighbour or on builder ,

And many problem is there by builder to our society Also.
