Quick introduction: I am a real estate broker in Mumbai.

I have leased out a flat to Mr. Apurva Datta working for FX United Company located in Kurla. I handed over my invoice assuming the client would pay me for my services (its been 30 days now)

Whenever I call he is always traveling /out of Mumbai. I have no clue as to what has to be done any suggestions.
