Dear All,
We are tenants in Gaur Green Vista Aptt,ghaziabad since May-2010.We are using electricity on prepaid basis from IP Estates.Normal Charges for electricity is Rs 3/unit(approx) and we have full power backup(3KVA)-charges-Rs 10.50/unit
Last week we didnt had electricity for two days.later we inquired from our mantenance office regarding electricity,they told that there is some electricity power failure in our society and we will be paying Rs 10.50/unit for electricity for their mistake.
I have a complaint that why they have not intimated immedaitely about the power failure and why we have to pay for backup charges for failure of electricity due to their mistakes.
please guide us how to resolve this issuse
We are very much unhappy about the services of IP Estates provided to us in Gaur Green Vista,also we are paying Rs100/day as maintenance.
This Society is highly unorganised. And manager is too rude.

Please we need help and guidance.
