I had bought a flat in Ittina Anai, which is located in Yemlur in the year 2007 (November). The builder had promised to give the possession of the flat the subsequent year 2008 (March) which we were not given and we decided to cancel the flat and provided the cancellation letter to the buidler which was acknowledged by the Builder and we were promised that the money would be refunded within 45 working days. The bank loan of 25 lakhs which we I had taken from ICICI bank also would be closed.
However, so far nothing has happened. Every month, EMI of 25000 was getting deducted from my ICICI account (which happens to be my salary account). For the refund of the EMI from the builder that we have paid to Ittina builder, we every month have to go multiple times to their Koramangala office to collect the amount (mostly in the form of cheque which has got bounced multiple times) and the bounce charges being deducted from my account.
For the past 4 years, we have been making multiple visits (which includes long waitings at the reception without even being water offered to us) to collect our EMI from the Builder.
The promises made by the builder on the closure if home loan is completely false and [B]they have no respect or values for human emotions.

We really need help from the Indian jurisdiction on how to come out of this mess.
