Myself is Dipankar Kumar. I reside in Bangalore. I am residing in a Housing Society on Rent. My Land Lord has provided me a parking area to use. It is mentioned in my Rental Deed. Parking area is not properly managed by Housing Association. There are rats that makes defect in the Car. I park in an open area. I pay regularly maintenance charges. Housing Association is not ready to do the proper PEST CONTROL. And they are asking Rs. 250 extra for Car Parking. And asking me that if I dont want to use the Parking Space then I need to rent out my Parking Area to some one and I should pay extra rent of Rs. 250/-. Please let me know How legally I can challenge?
I dont want to pay this extra money because I am having a Parking Area and I am not able to park on my own Parking area because Association is not taking any responsibility of PEST CONTROL.
