u all people know that samata nagar redevelopment problum.now what happen builder & his gundas given some sort of dhamki to to 113 building people if u not leave premises u will face many problem & our president representetar & secretary had already taken amount and handover the society for convence & development to builder with out any legal agrement if we ask any query or about agreement few people come from out side and forcing us for sign police also not support us & ashok sawant is main key player for samata nagar redevelopment. he had already taken more than 10 crore from builder for vaccant a plot.now president & secretary & representator had getting 2 lakh.they signing all document without permission of people.
