Our Family has been Residing in Esplanade Mansion Block No. 95 since 1950, the Landlord has built lofts in most of the Offices and has endagered the the building by illegally constructing lofts, BMC or Mhada has not taken any action against the Landlord nor is the Building maintained properly, a Portion of the building came down couple of years ago due to illegal lofts built in the Portion, Court had directed to carry out Repair Work in 7 Phases, MHADA had broken down the entire portion of Phase 1 but did not carry out any repair works till date, A week ago we were seved notice to Vacate the Room
no intimation was given about the repair/reconstruction of Building would be completed & when we could expect the Possesion of the Room, MHADA is acting on behalf of the Landlord it is observed that the Landlord has bribed them to forcefully vacate the Residents at Esplanade Mansion. we have all the Papers ie Ration Card, Bank Statements, Election Cards at this address, We sincerely request you to guide us and help us to get the Possesion of our Room after the Repair/Reconstuction Work.
