Sir,

I have paid on 3.8.2011 through NEFT Rs.25,000 as token money to Mr Madhav Waman Chopde, Flat 202 Shree Vaishanavi CHS Plot 72 Tilak Nagar Goregaaon West, Mumbai 400062 for
leased accommodation of the above flat.

On 5.9.2011, I approached him to vacaate the flat and enter into an aggreement. But he informed me that he has given the said flat to some other tenant without informing me.

Further I requested him to refund the amount of token money which he has refused to pay and he is deliberatly not issuing letter regarding he has given the flat to some body else and he has terminated the contract.

Since I have to submit this letter to my employer. I request you to please guide me in this case.

Please also kindly guide me how to initiate action for recovery of token money of Rs.25,000.

Kindly treat the matter as urgent.
