We have booked flat 1006, in Lodha Casa Royale Majaestica on 17th Jan 2009.

At the time of booking we were been told that the possession would be in Diwali 2010, later on agreement it was been told it would be in May 2011. Again due to some reasons it delayed to Dec 2011 and now it is in Aug 2012.

By looking at current status, its just completed 20th floor still 8 floors are pending, we don't think it is manageable by Aug 2012 also.

Not it is like feeling of cheating, waiting for more than 3 years, to go into our own home, spending a lot money and apart from that penalty of 72,000 which is not a small amount.

I know there are many people like us, who invested in Casa Royale project and waiting for the completion of project.

Now what needs to be done in this situation?

Even I have made this mistake of selecting Lodha builders. What was this penalty of 72,000 for?

I dont think, Indian law is strong enough to punish the wealthy and powerful. There is nothing one can do, but simply wait!!
