unnecessary intrest, fraud and cheater lodha group

i had booked a flat in allura B-501 on nov -2009 and immideatlly applied for loan, i got a loan from idbi home finance, while booking the sales person told me that they will do the registration formality in the month of june -10, but that not happend they called for me registration on 16- nov 2010 , by this time my sanction letter due from idbi home finanace was about to expire (30 nov 2010) i got the registration copy after 15 days when i went to idbi H.F they told me that ur sanction due is about to expire and it will take much more time for ur disbursement , so i again reprocessed my home loan from idbi bank so finally i got my 1st payement from idbi bank on 7 march 2011 and lodha demanded me on nov -2010 so now they are asking me to pay the intrest, upon that the builder has given me a fake reciept when i submitted this reciept for second demand in the bank they r asking me for the actual amount reciept made by them , since last 3 days i m trying to contact with relationship manager but she is rejecting the call , the last date of payement of second demand was 18 june 2011, still i have not recieved the updated reciept and me payement is getting delayed,
and now some system they have devoloped that they will only sove the query online , they will not attend the customer on phone or they will not meet them face to face at their mahalaxmi office

I am unable to contact LODHA Office by phone or email.
enquiries can be lodged only through theier website, to which they are supposed to reply within 5 days of the enquiry.
its now more than 3 months i am trying to get an answer regarding the PROGRESS status.
in stead of replying they only keep asking for MONEY

I understand that their plans have not been approved yet by GOVT. for which i needed clarifications.

Has any o0ne got any clue on RIVERDALE BLDG in CASA RIO.
