HI ,

This is regarding a flat cancellation in M.G. Brothers real estate chittoor,

i booked a flat on(18th august 2011) in an apartment which is been started in chittoor and paid a initial payment of 1,00,000 (one lakh only) after 10days due to some personnel problems i cancelled the flat and informed the concerned manager immediately. He said they will settle the amount as soon as possible but after repeated follow ups from August to today (12 DEC 2011) he said he will issue a cheque but deducting 10% of the amount i paid as advance towards M.G.Brothers but he never said about this in last 3 months.

I am not sure what to do now as i am going to loose 10% of the amount which is around 10,000(Ten thousand) please let me know how can i get my complete money back.
