I booked a flat in PUSHPADRUMA, Kelambakkam, Chennai constructed by MARG Properties on the basis that it will be handed over by April, 2010. If it delayed company has to give a compensation of Rs 5/- per Sq. ft per month. Now the company a finished one block (out of 3) without any facility like club house, water treatment plant, swiming pool etc. which suppose to hand over anolng with flat and asked the full amount (remaining 5% + Rs150000 for car parking) for handed over the flat. Also they charged maintenance charge for the the above said facility i.e.club house, water treatment plant, swiming pool and not ready to give any compensation. Can anybody suggest what to do?

Hope you have spoken to them and gave it in writing what has been committed by them to you as a customer ? If yes, then what is stopping you in taking legal help in understanding your legal status quo before you proceed further ? Regards
