I, Ramanasury Dasyam purchased a flat in Lingampally Adarsh Nagar, The builder mentioned it as a Deluxe falt but the fecilities provided by the builder are not meeting the Deluxe falt fecilities. Construction quality is also not good. During rains in first floor walls water leakage is happening.Flat was regestered in Oct 2009 but till now the common area place flooring is not completed but as mentioned in the document the flat should be completed with in 3 months from the date of regestration. when we questioned him about this he is not responding properly
