Its not your only duty to buy and make it rent just like that. should inform the tenants about their responsibility, co operation .


1) should say about motor maintenance. eligibilty of that motor it runs. Even the owner itself will not know about that.

2) usage of common lights , doors, all other common things.

3) first keep your tenant as your tenant ,not as your owner. it will create a problem to all.

4) before making your flat to rent, U R thinking only about your incoming money ,should say about common maintenance share , to whom they have to give and all.

5) Leaving your flat to rent and sitting on distant area and simply enjoying the debit amount is not the only thing.

6) Tenant also should co operate in maintaining money. otherwise its a great burden to all.

7) Hereafter should check the pupil whether they are suitable to your flat to live, should inform you tenant that it is not his individual house to live like anything. Even uneducated will know, if you open the door , it should be closed . without paying common eb charges , how they are using lights, motor lavishingly. Is it not shame ???????????? ditch people.
