I have purchased a 1 Bhk flat in Chakan, Sai Gaurav Apts a project by J K Builders in 2008 now I want to sell due to financial problems and learnt that the registration and the sale deed canoot be doen due to the news published in Sakal.

RAJGURUNAGAR: Pune divisional commissioner Dilip Band has directed village panchayats in Khed taluka and the local deputy registrar not to register any flats and constructions which are not as per the approved town planning regulations. This order has literally brought to a standstill registration of sales and purchases of flats in this town for the past fortnight

Now as a owner I am not able to sell my flat just because of this decision passed by the Pune divisional commissioner I am into serious financial crises please help me to find a solution to sell my flat
