Hi,

I have bought a flat in Niho Scottish Garden, Indirapuram Ghaziabad. They promised to give the Flat Possession in maximum 3 years. But it is now almost 6 years and they have not given the possession.

We have been following up as group and they kept on saying that they do not have funds. They have given possession of very few flats but again they started saying that they do not have funds. For last 1.5 years they have been giving the new dates again and again but no commitment of possesion.

Senior Officials doesn't pickup the phone, those who pick up the phone but they are not able to give the status. They says they will call back but never call back.

I have been paying EMIs for last 6 years and getting huge burden without any return.

I need help in following ways:

1- Procedure for filing a case against the builder in consumer court.
2- If someone can please provide contact details of a good advocate who can help me in filing the case in consumer court.
3- Any other help on how to make the case stronger and getting early possession of my flat would be highly appreciated.
