I bought this appartment Jan 2011, As per the agreement the builder was suppose to provide power back up for lift and common areas.
however it is not yet installed and whenever we ask he says very soon.
The wiring in the appratment has also caused grieviences to many .

Not sure what could be done to get this resolved quickly.
