I have booked a 1000 sq ft space after paying 98% payment with the above builder in their vardhman i valley project at Gr Noida with their commitment to pay monthly return on the investment. The said builder has not paid me return in full for the month of August, Sept and Oct.2011 and the post dated cheques upto March,2012 the likely date of completion. The monthly payment is assured thro' "Buyer-Builder Agreement" . Despite personal contact and sending letters , there is no response. For yr info and n/a in the matter,
