We have booked a flat in group housing project “Ninja Floors” of “Garden Villas and Flats Pvt.Ltd”at Faridabad Sector 89. This company Garden Villas is a joint venture of TIDCO (Triveni Infrastructure Development Company Ltd., ) and PAL Infratsructure and Developers Private Limited in August 2009.
Through their letter dated 06th August’2009(Ref:FBD/Ninja Floors/00084),we were awarded allotment of Flat No:01, Tower No: C-5, Ground Floor).
We had paid to company booking amount of Rs.2,87,760/- through cheque.
In the advertisement by company it was mentioned that housing project would be ready in 18 months. However from August 2009 till now, nothing has happened . And there seem to be no intention of builder to do anything concrete.
We have requested to cancel our booking and refund our booking amount. Numerous requests have been done in forms of letters, e-mails, personal meeting but all these have fallen into deaf ears.
