Respected sir/madan,
I have applied for a plot of 175sq.yd. in the pre launch scheme of plot at NH-58 offered by NitiShree Infrastructure Ltd.(Sourya Tower Pvt.Ltd.) on 08/05/2006. The company is situated at B-111, Sector-5, Noida, (U.P). But after one year they sent a letter to us that the project is delayed so you can take your refund with a premium of Rs500/- per sq.yd.with PDC of six month or stay with us. We waited for plot but after one year they told us that project is definetly come so stayed with us but we gone for oue refund in November 2008. They have given us a PDC of nine months i.e. of August 2009 with same premium which they were giving in 2007.And told us that this extra money will be treated as your income and at that momemt we understand that there was no project at all or project was cancelledand they didnot tell us about that. But as the date come to apply the cheque in bank then they told us that they dont have fund and will issue another cheque and issued another cheque of 28/09/2009. And as we applied that cheque in our bank for refund it has bounced. We went to then and again they make us fool that company has not fund so we shall be issuing you another cheque and again issued a cheque in December 2009 for after six month dated 15/04/2010. But when the date come to applied the cheque they again told us not to drop the cheque in bank for refund, they dont have fund. And every day they told us for next new date and every time they are making us fool and giving next date for refund.I am an Govt. of India employee and posted in remote location in hilly areas. It is very much disturbing to come every time specially for my refund. I have waisted hundreds of leave and lot of money for that also my work is also suffering due to that. The company has given me mental disturbance and due that i am unable to give 100% in the devlopment of my nation. That means the company is country cheater because this is diverting a employee from his path for devloping his country.So plz look in this matter strictly.Phone no of company HR head is 9971992925 and he usually not attend our phone as we ring him many times.
