I have booked one 3 BHK flat under CSC Belva (CSC Construction company Pvt Ltd.) last year. This project is still on paper & physical Digging start. I have canceled on 25 march'10 my booking. they have given "Letter of Cancellation" dated 25 march'10 stated that i will get my money back within 2 months(which would be 25 may'10). Still i am waiting for that money & i have called several time to those people, but they never come back with proper communication.

Can somebody tell me what doc is required to file that case in Consumer Forum.
