I have purchased a flat in a SRA project for affected people. I have been given possession by the builder some time back. However, he had not given me Occupancy Certificate. It appears that builder has not handed over the SRA building to the SRA authorities and hence, has not been granted OC by SRA and consequentially by the BMC. What should I do to compel the builder to expedite the OC matter.
