I have purchased a 2BHK flat At Anant Nagar ,Nagpur in the year 2007 from the above builder.The said builder has handed over the Flat scheme in incomplete stage to the Ad-hoc body of Flat owners association on 1.1.2008.Since handing over tilldate the lift is not installed by the builder, inspite of repeated discussion and some verbal duals the builder has orderered the lift to M/S KONE Elevators, in the month of july 2010.
The condition of the flats are very horrible, most of the flats are having seepage problems due to leakages in the pipelines of Sanitary and Water supply.The main water supply Pipeline network on terrace is leaking from various locations.In the parking area there are various leakages from sanitary pipelines.The external painting is completely faded.The situation of the flats are pathetic.As the mandatory period of 12 months is already expired and till date the Lift is not erected, Kindly guide us the remedies to be taken up against the builder.
