Dear Sirs /madam,
Please note that I had purchsed a new flat at Ambernath in 2007 from panvelkar Builders , at khoj Gaon, Ambernath West. When the Flat was ready and i got the posseion there was a Mobile tower placed on the roof of my flat as i am residing on the last floor i.e. 3rd floor Room no.14, I had given several request to remove the same as the Mobile tower itself is atleast about two floors height and very heavy tower which has caused cracks on my Bed room walls and leakage in the Bedroom and passage since then. also I have been keep ill since then due to radition effect it is effecting my health also. I have given several request but the Builders Om sai Developers ( Panvelkar Groups ) are given unheard and have strictly refuse to remove the same. I request you to kindly logdge my complaint and see that the Mobile Tower is removed immeidatley.
