Dear sir,

i had purchased a flat in Paramount apartment 8,gyans park indore in 2006 , in 4 th floor the possesion was given 2009 may .the building was delayed by one year.i have several issues with builder.

1.There is a dispute between lIft company Schindler and Mr Khursheed Khan , and the lift is non operational for 3 months now , as per schindler the lift is not paid up and they r saying unless the full and final payment is made they will not service the lift.

I had purchased the 4th floor flat only on the basis that builder is providing genarator operated automatic lift from a Good company like Kone/Schindler but to this issue between builder and schindler co.and more over my parents are Heart patients so i am in extremely difficult situation and doctors have advised them strictly agaisnt climbing stair cases.

the lift is not operational for more then 3 months i request you to intervene and sort this matter in fast track court and penalise the guilty party and do justice for the same as this has become harrasment for all Paramount residents .
