I have purchased a flat in the scheme called Purushottam Dham Flats, located at Thaltej, Nr.. S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad - 380054.
I have paid the entire amount to the builder in February and March 2008 against a promise by the builder to hand over the possession of the said property within 6 months. However, the builder absconded then without completing the construction. Later, it came to our knowledge that he had taken finance from various parties for construction of the said property.
We have registered Conveyance deed in our names i.e. Mr. Ghanshyam Bagri & Mrs. Viral Bagri in the month of October 2008.
For last 1.5 year the builder has been absconding and I have filed a Criminal complaint against him for cheating us and not completing the construction.
We, the legal owners of the said flat have completed the construction of the said premises and spent further money out of our pockets which is app. Rs.50-60 lacs.
I request you to do the legal proceedings against the Builder Mr. Ghanshyam Patadiya and ask for the damages and compensation for the losses that we have met in the form of legal fees etc.
