This is a complaint regarding PG accomodation provided by a landlord in Chandigarh in sector 20A.
Issues faced:

1) 5 rooms - 3 persons are staying per room(Charges 2200 per person 500 deposit). All rooms are on ground floor, Owner is staying on first floor. The rooms are suitable to accomodate only 2 persons atmost.
Special mention: Our owner never

2) Owner has two store rooms on ground floor which he uses as warehouse to store bulk material of his shop.

3) The only place provided to 15 people for drying clothes is accident prone zone.Metal sheets are scattered . One old corroding iron cupboard is lying there . Loose metal/plastic wires lying there which are leftover from openings of boxes which are lying in godowns. Now the only wire which is used to hang clothes is covered with creeper plants.

4) As per Owner there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets(One bathroom cum toilet). All the bathrooms/toilets are filthy with cockroaches, big ants , termites and other insects creeping from all sides. In bathroom in front pile of concrete was lying so it was not fit for use.

5) As per owner the only drinking water for us is the water coming in washbasin tap which comes in morning and evening. I dont think that water is fit for Human consumption unless it is filtered .
