in my last home i have deposited Rs.12000 as a security money.. i have all papers, but after 8 months when we are changing our home so landlord not return our money,, i have Complained at Polices but Polices always says to me your landlord not is in bhopal or not in his home... i have to wait for action for 3 months and after 3 month polices sad we have tacks both site of statements and we are not able do any think if you want your money so go to the Cort Privately...

i know why Polices sad to me go to Cort Privately because my landlord is retard Police inspector

Please help me what should i do???

is there any mediator - or Consumer Court for my case?

i am a poor man and i have big value for Rs.12000
