This is a redeveloped bulding in our lane where in the builder has extended the foundation of the bulding on the main road illegally which is causing difficulty for the society memeber to pass as well as park their vehicals.

On escalating the issue to the Builder and the Society memebers they claim that they have paid parking charges to the Bulider and due to some issues they park the car on the main road.

On many occations our vehicales have been damaged and they have extended building gutters ILLEGALLY on the road.

The lane becomes craped and incase of an Emergency the fire brigade or an ambulance cannot pass as well

Please assist in what needs to be done for the same as i have tried all my options..
