I have constructed a new house and it has developed many cracks. The contractor has broken a shatja and left it like that and handed over the house. He promised that he will rectify the same. The flooring tiles are also broken and it has not been rectified.
One month gone and nothing has been done.
Whom should we approach? Is there any consumer forum for this?
