I have purchased a flat in Rohan jharoka , yemalur, Bangalore and moved in dec 2010 . There were lot of complaints which were unattended like broken tiles and uneven ceiling.

I have complained about the ceiling several times since the last 1 year and now they have come up with the result that it is beyond the scope .

Wanted to go to consumer court for this .
