we start renovation work for our bungalow in nov 2009. in the beginning of work contractor promises a lot that he will look after every thing. after that we tell them he should given written guaranty about his work. on the top of house he do waterproofing and from that area the leakage start in this days. he also do flooring work in our house and here he also do some mistake. instead of using wood in door frame we use granite and some of the frame are week within 12-15 days. now dispute take place between us. he said that this all are minor mistakes and that he will do it for us but still we don't want to go for his work we want to do work with some other guy and we wont that he will pay for that but he said he only pays if he will do work, and we don't want to repeat our mistake to give work back to him.plz send me suggestion if u have some idea, what should i do.
