I booked a flat in Hindon Vihar, Sector 49, Noida through Prithvee Propmart (P) Ltd in March 2009.
Possession period was 8 months, later in July 2009 they said that construction is not yet started so I can cancel the flat, At the time of booking I paid rs 10,000 as token money, They said they would refund the same in some time, Its been more than 1 year I am continuously asking them to return my token money and they are refusing.
