This is Nirmala from Motinagar, Hyderabad. We stay in plot no:91in a colony named "Balaji Swarnapuri Colony".

Our house owner is having only one water connection for 6 families and he says that he would give 500lts per day but that is not being given properly even he gives this isn't being sufficient.

When water is not coming due to some problems in govt pipes, he didn't order for a tanker unless until we asked and even he didn't really care about the problems that we were facing due to lack of water.
He always tries to blame us on any thing and he is very passion about the people who are rented beside his house in first floor and he is sharing water from our tank though they are not paying the bills properly.


There are so many things in which he is really irritating us...

This is Rama krishna from t.nagar, chennai. We stay in a 2 bhk house in 2nd floor ,our owner is in the1st floor, at the time of joinning owner told that there is a car parking, but actually there is no proper parking for place for car ,there are 4 potions in the house and every one is having 2 bikes ,so there is no place to park the car,when we parked the car inside teh house ,some one thrown matches on the car and cover got burnt .

at the time of joining she told we need to inform one month in advace if we want to vacate the house ,now we r going to vacate the house , she is telling we need to inform two month before and she is not ready to give the advace 80k,

I came to know this way house owner's are doing fraud. I have taken house # 6A, 3rd main, 3rd Cross, Marthahalli, Bangalore. single BHK rent 7000/per month with Advance 40000; for this i have taken rental agrement with his husband name Vasudeva reddy. After joining she(House owner) is not allowing my family members to see us. She is not even given water. in the next month itself she asked 600 rupees extra for water.

In the house me & my wife will stay, House owner continueously coming to my house and watching whether we washed our cloths then she will scolding us, she is not even satified after paid 600 extra /month.

I am not able to talk soo long time to her finally i accepted for 800/month only for water charge.

This struggled continuously 3 months happen.

In the 4th month she wants 9000 rupees /month rent and she is said if u not interested u can vacate the house.
If i would hav vacate i have to pay one month painting charges ie 7000+ water charge + all maintanance charges.

I hav asked her then what is the use of doing rental agreement, she said govt charges for them income tax itseems.

So i dont know in which way she is understanding, i got fructuated; she is shouted with us. Finally she dint return my advance full.

Why I gave this clearly because she(house owner's) got painting charge including rent in single month(not even month only for 10 days) 2 month rent + all maintanance charges.

Her name is Dh****akshmi ( she looks very fat and black lady)
becare full of her, she will not even care of anybody voice even neighbours.

I suggest you dont join her house and dont get struggles.

I stay in Bellandur Bangalore. Owner troubles in many ways. The worst is I want to go to toilet and they are not giving water closing the valve of tank. Will any one take this complaint? Will this forum help me some way. I have seen many complains but i don't see solution.
