With lots of hope we booked a 3BHK with Ferrous Infrastructure's Beverly Homes at Faridabad Sec 89.
We have paid 25% of the BSP and the rest was financed from LIC housing finance. (construction linked). When the builder demanded for the next installment, LIC officals visited the site and they found no progress in the construction (empty land). So they gave 75% of the demand. The builder asked us to pay the rest immediately and we paid it.( around 1.12lakhs) The builder assured us he will return the money once they are getting the balance payment from LIC. Within 2 week LIC released the balance money. Now when we rae asking for the excess amount we have paid, the builder started saying new stories, like we have to pay service tax, we have to pay late payment fee, withdrawal of discounts etc. (now the builder is having more than 50% of the total payment) the deal was made in such a way that there will not be any escalation in price, or any hidden cost.

Now please let me know sir, how can we recover our money. I felt very bad after talking to the V P of Ferrous.
