We made an agreement with a builder to purchase a flat with bank loan. 50% of payment was made. Builder was supposed to deliver the flat in October 2010. Flat is yet to be completed and the builder is neither meeting nor picking up phone calls. Sent two letters through spped post and courier to the builder with copy to bank. Though both the letters were received but no response. We are unable to know what will happen and how we can get the flat and when.

I fear for some or other reason he will delay in handing over the flat to me.

Pl. guide what shall I do ?
