I am wanting to purchase a new flat, but am quite confused about the buying process, as I see people facing a lot of problem when it comes to possession. They end up giving the advance payment then half of the payment and then end up losing their money and the flat.

How is it safe to know which dealer to purchase from or know you will not be cheated.
