Hi,

I issued a check of token amount of Rs,100000/- favoring name of builders company, as token amount for flat. They refuse to give me subject to clearance receipt. and they told me once check is cleared then only we will give you receipt. and now they are saying that you will get receipt only after you make complete 15% payment. what can i do? Is entry in my Bank statement is sufficient to take action against them? can i get my token back. coz after this incident i don't want to deal with such builder any more. Agent is also involved in this deal.
Please guide me in this situation.
